Strategic Leadership and Planning Solutions was founded by Cary J. Anderson to assist credit unions in improving their engagement with employees and members. Cary has over 32 years of experience in all phases of credit union operations. He has successfully led four credit unions as President/CEO. He currently leads Main Street Financial FCU located in Denham Springs, Louisiana.
As CEO of a credit union Cary says he is in the business of bridging the gap between leadership, management and staff by bringing in new ideas from inside and outside of the credit union industry. He believes it is job of the CEO to build an organization that thrives on education and total engagement between all stakeholders of a credit union.
